At Aesthesy, we want you to love your home decor; if your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original protective packaging and include all hardware or assembly instructions to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
